Reception registers the patient. Fuzzy name matching catches duplicates, and optional ABHA verification fills demographics.
Check in

The doctor records vitals, saves a prescription from a reusable template with drug-master autocomplete, and prints it on branded A4/A5 stationery.
Pay and dispense
Billing takes cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. The pharmacist dispenses by batch and prints the thermal receipt.

What is included in Rs 9,999 a year?
The full edition at the flat Rs 9,999: every module (clinical, pharmacy, lab, billing and IPD), every role, printing, Excel import, hosting, backups and onboarding. If you licence the standalone pharmacy edition instead, its roles and modules are set out in your order form. There are no per-seat or per-module fees either way.
How quickly can we go live?
Most clinics are live within a week. Excel import brings patients, services and the drug master in bulk, with a preview before anything is written.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, completely. Install it once on each device; it opens like an app and keeps working with no internet at all, so a bad network never stops a record from being written. A status pill shows staff whether they are online or offline.
Is our data secure and DPDP-ready?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on AWS. Access is role-based with row-level security, and every write is logged. Consent tracking and data portability support your DPDP obligations.
What can each role do?
There are 11 roles and every account holds one. Owners see everything; doctors prescribe; nurses and pharmacists can update a prescription but cannot write one; reception runs registrations, appointments and bills; cashiers take payments; accountants handle corrections and refunds. Every action is logged.
