Will it make answers up if it cannot find one?
No. Diligio verifies every claim against your sources and withholds anything weakly supported instead of guessing, so a low-confidence answer is held back for a person rather than shipped as a confident-sounding fabrication. That is the whole point of the independent verification step, and it is what makes the output safe to send to a buyer before you have signed off every line.
Which formats can it read, and what does it write into?
It ingests PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, so however a buyer sent the questionnaire and however your knowledge lives, it goes in.
